The Organic Meat Company Limited (TOMCL) secured confirmed export orders worth USD 7.5 million for cooked and heat-treated frozen boneless beef to be shipped to China during the financial year 2025-26.

This milestone shows the company’s consistent investment in high-value product lines and strengthens its position as one of the first Pakistani companies exporting value-added halal beef products to the Chinese market.

The confirmed orders highlight TOMCL’s compliance with China’s strict sanitary and phytosanitary (SPS) protocols, its ability to deliver fully cooked export-grade beef that meets Chinese food safety standards, and the growing demand in China for halal protein solutions in both retail and food service sectors.

The development also underlines the strengthening agricultural and food trade ties between Pakistan and China under the CPEC framework.

The $7.5m order book is expected to enhance TOMCL’s revenue visibility for FY 2025-26, reinforce customer confidence in its product quality and operational standards and further consolidate its role as a regional leader in halal value-added meat exports.

With this achievement, TOMCL continues to expand globally while pursuing a strategy of diversifying export destinations and shifting from commodity-based meat products to higher-margin processed halal food offerings.

The company remains focused on innovation, compliance and responsible sourcing, contributing to Pakistan’s growing halal export footprint.
