Who we are
The Global Silk Route Research Alliance (GSRRA) is an independent think tank. It publishes analysis on geopolitics, the Belt and Road Initiative, regional economy and trade, and strategic national interests across the regions connected by the historical and modern Silk Route.
How we work
- Original analysis is written by, or commissioned from, named authors. The author is shown on every piece.
- Material republished from news agencies and other outlets is labelled as wire copy at the top of the article, with the sources named, and is translated and abridged by the GSRRA Desk. It is not presented as original reporting.
- Sources are named in the text wherever a piece draws on another outlet.
- Opinion and analysis are the view of the named author, not of the organisation.
Corrections
If something we published is wrong, tell us and we will correct it. Write to the address below with the article link and what is incorrect.
Substantive corrections are made in the article itself and noted at the foot of the piece with the date. Requests for removal are considered case by case.
Funding and independence
GSRRA is editorially independent. Partnerships, memberships and affiliations are listed on this site and do not confer editorial control over published analysis.
