Pakistan’s Largest Real Estate Company Launches First International Project in Dubai

Bahria Town (Pvt) Ltd, Pakistan’s largest real estate developer, has officially entered the international market with a groundbreaking project in Dubai. The company’s subsidiary, BT Properties, has partnered with Dubai South, the emirate’s largest urban development project, to create a gated master-planned community within the Golf District.

The proposed community will offer a mix of residential and commercial facilities, including villas, townhouses, apartments, schools, hospitals, mosques, retail outlets, and entertainment hubs. Green spaces, water features, a central park, iconic monuments, and dancing fountains will add to the project’s appeal, creating a harmonious blend of luxury and serenity.

Strategically located near Al Maktoum International Airport, which is poised to become the world’s largest airport, Dubai South has attracted global investors as a prime residential and commercial destination.

The agreement was signed by Khalifa Al Zaffin, Executive Chairman of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South, and Ahmed Ali Riaz Malik, CEO of BT Properties Dubai. Malik Riaz Hussain, Founder and Chairman of Bahria Town, and other senior officials attended the ceremony.

Bahria Town’s chairman, Malik Riaz, expressed optimism, highlighting the area’s growing demand and immense potential for future development.
