Brillanz Group, a leading Pakistani-based convergent technologies group headquartered in the UK, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Najd Gateway Holding Group from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This partnership, established during the Saudi delegation’s visit to Pakistan, is poised to significantly strengthen ties between the two nations in key sectors including Energy, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, and cutting-edge Information and Communication Technologies, fostering technological advancement and economic growth in Pakistan.
As part of its ongoing efforts to build strategic alliances, Brillanz Group is working closely with the Saudi business community to create a US$ 200 million investment funnel for Pakistan in collaboration with companies and partners from KSA.
The MOU reflects Brillanz Group’s commitment to expanding its portfolio of advanced solutions into the Saudi market. These offerings include telecom services and solutions including Cratus Smart Theft-Resistant Cabinets manufactured in Pakistan, Thunder Energy Intelligence Platform having advanced AI and ML capabilities and ESON features, and renewable, efficient, and low-carbon energy solutions by Infralectric, a Brillanz Group Portfolio Company. Additionally, Softoo, Brillanz’s IT solutions arm, is set to enhance its footprint in Saudi Arabia through innovative digital solutions and products through its partners in the Kingdom. Brillanz Group’s entities, SC Technologies, and Softoo are already working on multiple projects with Saudi counterparts in the domains of telecom and IT services, with several other initiatives in the pipeline nearing maturity. The MOU with Najd Gateway Holding Group further cements Brillanz’s focus on expanding these offerings to the Saudi market, creating synergies that benefit both economies.
Mr. Bilal Qureshi, Founder and CEO of Brillanz Group, commented: “This MOU represents our commitment to building robust, long-term partnerships with the Saudi business community. In addition to this collaboration, Brillanz Group has already partnered with Saudi Pak Industrial & Agricultural Investment Company to develop Pakistan’s historic nation-first low-carbon Energy Storage as a Service project. This transformative initiative will eliminate 21 million liters of diesel annually, reducing approximately 58 kilotons of carbon emissions, and advancing the climate agenda in the telecom sector. Furthermore, it will unlock a US$ 550 million sustainable transformation opportunity for the country. This project highlights the power of collaboration between Saudi and Pakistani enterprises in driving sustainable innovations and fostering economic growth.
