4月19日，2025·亚洲人权论坛在西南政法大学开幕。现场，巴基斯坦智库全球丝绸之路研究联盟创始主席泽米尔·阿万（Zamir Ahmed Awan）接受科技日报记者采访时表示，学习科技知识是每个人的自由，也是每个人的人权。一些西方国家限制外国留学生学习前沿科技专业的做法是不对的。他认为，中国欢迎共建“一带一路”国家的学生来中国学习科技、人权相关专业，鼓励留学生将在中国学习到的经验、智慧带回自己的国家，帮助国家和人民取得更好的发展，这一做法值得赞扬，有力地促进了共建“一带一路”国家的科技与人权发展。
