The Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP) has expanded its sightseeing bus services with six new double-decker hybrid buses. These buses have been deployed in Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and Multan to enhance the sightseeing experience while promoting eco-friendly travel and showcasing Punjab’s rich cultural and historical heritage.

In Lahore, four new hybrid buses have been introduced, adding to the existing two buses. These buses will cover new routes, including trips from Qaddafi Stadium to Lahore Safari Zoo, Shadi Lal Building, Poonch House, and Chauburji. This expansion aims to cater to the growing interest in sightseeing within the city.

Rawalpindi and Islamabad have received an additional bus, complementing the existing one, to cover prominent attractions such as Allama Iqbal Park, Flashman Hotel, Army Museum, Ayub National Park, and Joyland. These routes will provide tourists with an immersive experience of the twin cities’ iconic landmarks.

Faisalabad now features one new hybrid bus and a redeployed bus from Lahore, offering tours of notable locations such as Bagh-e-Jinnah, Lyallpur House, Zila Council, Allama Iqbal Library, the Clock Tower, Kaiseri Gate, Gumti, and the Tomb of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. These tours aim to highlight Faisalabad’s cultural and historical significance.

In Multan, a redeployed bus from Lahore has been introduced to support the city’s growing tourism market. This bus will cater to tourists visiting the city’s historical and cultural landmarks, further boosting Multan’s appeal as a tourist destination.
