Very good review of human lights in Pakistan as defined in the Constitution of 1973. Well explained that the basis of human rights are based on the spirit of Islamic values and fundamental rights enshrined by the democratic world.
The judiciary has the big responsibility to interpret and protect the Constitution in its true perspective and to ensure that the human rights are protected in Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
