The Islamabad International Airport (IIAP) has launched its “Premium Meet & Greet /Concierge Service, “Khushamdeed”, marking another step towards enhancing passenger facilitation and elevating the overall airport experience, a spokesman for the Pakistan Airports Authority said.
Secretary Defence retired Lt Gen Mohammad Ali was chief guest at the launch ceremony. The ceremony commenced with a ribbon-cutting at the designated Khushamdeed Premium Meet & Assist Service corridor, formally marking the commencement of the service. Guests visited the service facilities, including the designated corridors and waiting areas at both international departures and arrivals.
Addressing the gathering, the Secretary Defence appreciated the concerted efforts of the airport management and the licensee in introducing the service. He emphasised the importance of providing enhanced, seamless, and passenger-centric facilitation at the airport.
