1. Introduction

Artificial intelligence (AI) stands at the forefront of current human civilizational development. Only human wisdom can create systematic AI. China has implemented the “Belt and Road” initiative, operating the Hexi Corridor as one of the key regions. Personages of all circles there diligently work, inheriting and carrying forward the excellent traditional wisdom of the Chinese, and jointly build a community with a shared future for mankind with other ethnic groups on the Eurasian continent.

2. Mathematics over A Hundred Years and AI

Chinese mathematician Wang Hong and her collaborator, Canadian mathematician Joshua Zahl, jointly proved the “three-dimensional Kakeya conjecture,” perplexing the mathematics community for over a hundred years. “Wang Hong has won one of this year’s Fields Medals at the 30th International Congress of Mathematicians.” (Thomas, 2026) This medal is known as the “Nobel Prize of mathematics.” Quantum Magazine, winning the American Association for the Advancement of Science) AAAS Kavli Science Journalism Awards, published a special article praising new Tenured Professor Wang Hong, “Focus, commitment, and insight resulted in a ‘once in a century’ proof.” (Wolchover, 2026) This perfect mathematical achievement reveals the complex and profound natural laws and demonstrates the infinitely powerful human wisdom, creating all the incredible miracles endlessly.

Artificial intelligence, fully demonstrating human boundless wisdom, has rapidly developed recently, changing various aspects of our society for the better. Scholars such as Shigihara, Amelia, and Chirinos, et al., studying at Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego in Trujillo, Peru,

believed that “AI burst onto the scene in society to enhance knowledge constructs.” In other words, human wisdom created this technology to enhance material productivity significantly, bringing about a completely new look to society. Therefore, the scholars referred to the current AI era as ” new modernity and the Fourth Industrial Revolution” (Shigihara, Amelia, & Chirinos, et al., 2025)

Absorbing and innovating all of artificial wisdom are the universal methods to promote realistic, productive development rapidly. The Eurasian continent is the largest terrestrial plate on the Earth, accounting for approximately 36% of this stellar total land area. From the old to the present, various ethnic groups in this vast continent countlessly strived to “implement thousands of years old know-hows of pastoralists and tillers to current ecological conditions and challenges.” (Baidaralina, Maulenova & Kuspangaliev, et al. 2025) The “old know-hows” belong to the human traditional sapiential system, still playing a crucial role to this day.

3. The Friendly Interconnection of China-Europe Railway Express

A typical example of a similar applied traditional wisdom is the development of the Hexi Corridor, located in the central area of China’s geographical territory. This Corridor between two major mountain ranges is a long rectangular land about 1,000 kilometers long, running from east to west. Its widest regional point from north to south is nearly 200 kilometers, with only a few kilometers at its narrowest point. The Corridor’s eastern end connects to China’s prosperous eastern coastal areas, and the western one links Central Asia, West Asia, and the Mediterranean Sea. It is the eastern starting section of the world-renowned “Silk Road.” Contemporary China has promoted the “Belt and Road” initiative, relying heavily on the Hexi Corridor. For example, in 2025, the China-Europe Railway Express passing through the Hexi Corridor operated approximately 20,022 trips, sending 2,050,191 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs)of containers and increasing the number of full schedule train routes to 17 (Chen, Li, & Wang, 2026).

Tianzhu County, Gansu Province, is located in the middle of the Hexi Corridor, with multiple ethnic groups such as Tibetan, Tu, Han, and Hui nationalities, et al. They meticulously planned and worked hard to ensure the smooth operation of the China-Europe freight trains. Mr. Sangji Renqian, a member of the Tu ethnic group in Tianzhu, has contributed to the implementation of Belts and Road initiative with his rich wisdom, playing a typical case. He is a renowned writer, a member of the Chinese Association of Minority Writers, and a visiting professor at the College of Literature, Gansu Agricultural University in Gansu Province. In 2021, Sangji Renqian published a monograph titled On Great Wisdom, presenting numerous concepts of wisdom and political suggestions from both theoretical and practical perspectives. This work was characteristics with a systematic theory, novel viewpoints, profound discussions, rich contents and distinct enlightenments. He first stated: “Wisdom is unique to human beings, possessing the most advanced intelligence as biology in the universe, and takes the main pattern of human life and behavior.” (Renqian, 2021)

Renqian once served as a principal of a school, training administrative cadres in Tianzhu. He cultivated the many different-ranked local officers of this county, towns, and villages. The officers studied his concepts of wisdom and managerial knowledge and increased their own talents. Some of them achieved success in corporate management, rural legal rule, and marketable operation, etc., after graduation, and then took on greater social responsibilities by getting promotions. Wise thoughts educated an ordinary person to become an outstanding contributor, contributing to society’s affluence and peacefulness with peers.

4. Thousand-year-old Civilization in the Hexi Corridor

The younger generation especially needs wise, ideaistic education. Tianshui Normal University(TNU) in Gansu Province, enjoying a high reputation, is one of the universities along the Hexi Corridor. The famous Maijishan Grottoes, enrolling UN World Heritage List in 2014 because of its more 1,600 years’ history, is located near this university (UNESCO·World Heritage Convention, 2014). In Cave 133 of the Grottoes, there is a carved stone statue of the ancient Chinese Northern Wei Dynasty (386—534), attracting tourists from all directions (Pu, 2020). This little stone acolyte quietly stands, wearing a kasaya and beaming a sweet smile, calling “Oriental Smile.” His smile spreads from the corners of his mouth and thin eyebrows, mixing delight and timidity. Human emotion essentially mirrors social circumstances, and artwork is its microcosm. A smile lasting more than 1,500 years has been emerging on this little monk’s complexion, showing the most extended innocent smile in human history. “The human’s most fundamental emotional expression is vividly displayed on this statue: purity and innocence, and beauty and kindness, worshipping for eternal peace.” (Tian & Wang).

The Louvre in France treasured a world-renowned painting of the “Mona Lisa’s Smile.” Theresa Flanigan, associate professor at the Institute of Fine Arts, New York University, USA, remarked: “One of the most famous emotional expressions in the history of art is the simile in Leonardo da Vinci’s painting of Mona Lisa in the Musée du Louvre in Paris.” (Flanigan, 2019) This classic work expressed human kind and beautiful aspirations. Italian Leonardo da Vinci (1452—1519) painted it magnificently. Compared with the times, “Oriental Smile” is nearly a thousand years earlier than “Mona Lisa’s Smile.”

The Oriental Smile of ancient pursuit of peaceful ideology demonstrated the Chinese wisdom, which has been inherited and intensified to this day. Ma Ping (1) and Ma Ping (2) are two female students of the same names at the same class of the College of Foreign Languages, TNU. They visited the Maijishan Grottoes together with other classmates, learning about the excellent traditional culture and giving voluntary lectures on maintaining kindness and peace in various forms. Social development cannot do without cultural puissant impetus.

5. Digital Economy up New Epoch

The general indicator of the human developmental process is the social civilizational degree. On Great Wisdom concisely expounded: “The human endless need and the constantly procreant wisdom enable civilization to be manifested. In this sense, wisdom, relying on the need as a human societal developmental dynamic source, is a sole crucial form for civilizational multiple transformation, regardless of civilizational existent level.” (Renqian, 2021) Sangji Renqian also analyzed the historical sages’ ideas, relevant to this day, and further indicated that modern societal advance dependence on scientific thoughts. He said: “All of the human mature wisdom would concentrate together, bursting forth with millions of powers to work miracles.” Facts are the most persuasive. He specifically illustrated with social reality: “For instance, big data computing, artificial intelligence technology, space exploration, etc. appear innovatively. …… Science keeps everyone connected to the world anytime and anywhere.” (Renqian, 2021) The integration of sapiential theory and the digital economy is the book’s distinct feature, deriving from the rapid economic development of Tianzhu County and the entire Gansu Province.

To the east of the Hexi Corridor lies an alluvial basin formed by the alluvial deposits of the Yellow River’s four tributaries, such as the Malian River and the Pu River, etc., including a jurisdiction of Qingyang City, Gansu Province. There is a data center cluster in Qingyan, expanding the technical capacity of computing power scale.  By the end of April 2026, there were more than 100,000 standard 19-inch racks for accommodating and managing IT equipment and more than 150,000 PetaFLOPS (P) of the intelligent computing scale in this cluster. 1 P is equal to one trillion floating-point operations per second (Chen, 2026).

Sangji Renqian concisely described “big data computing, artificial intelligence technology” on his book’s page. The data center cluster truly rose upon the physical content society of Qingyang. The former provides illuminative wisdom and trains many cadres to run the market; the latter accelerates economic flourishing and helpfully dispatches the China-Europe Railway Express, operating on time through the Hexi Corridor. The two lead to the same destination by different paths. Specifically, Renqian stated some necessary steps, such as to “build the best bridge to the outside world, raise the banner of uniting the national psychology, etc.,” helpfully develop the economy in different regions or countries, and rapidly enrich the common multiple ethnic residents (Renqian, 2007). The Chinese nation and all ethnic groups along the Belt and Roads initiative help each other forward. They all jointly draw a color picture: countries on the Eurasian continent interconnect and benefit together.

6. Chinese Intelligent Products into Eurasia

“Knowledge is power.” (Bacon,1620/1902) On Great Wisdom elaborated on the computing power, operating in some data center clusters. This work concluded that the accumulative and iterative speed of scientific knowledge in modern society has become faster and faster, with dependence on advanced computing power. “Entering 2020, the total amount of global knowledge has doubled every 73 days. …… In the past 30 years, the human fruiting total informational amount exceeded an amazing sum, equaling the same one of the past 5,000 years.” (Renqian, 2021) There is no doubt that modern societal operation mainly relies on the digital economy supported by computers, increasingly classically manifesting as artificial intelligence.

Two students with the same name, Ma Ping(1) and Ma Ping(2), both considered that it was crucial to learn and apply AI since they acquired many corresponding skills from TNU teachers in the past one or two years, gaining much more profit. The computer is the primary AI carrier. Computing power generating from the computer system, as a core element of the new quality productivity in the informational age, is “a new key engine of driving regional economic growth.” (Zhong, Li & Yan, et al., 2026) More and more facts prove that the development and utilization of computing power resources mean to “lay the foundation for the social economic intelligent transformation.” (Xu, Mao & Mao, et al., 2025)

Computing power means the ability of a computer system or device to perform numerical calculations and processing tasks. Relatively authoritative research indicated that, by evaluating the computing powers of various countries and industries, every 1 percent increase in the computing power index would be a 3.5‰ contribution to the digital economy and a 1.8‰ boost to GDP (International Data Corporation et al. 2022). It is an urgent and practical task to enhance computing power and more efficiently apply AI as far as possible.

Scholar Ahmed from SNDT Women’s University in India expounded: “The study of usage and AI tools and their impact on the quality and efficiency of content development is vital as it highlights the transformative potential of artificial intelligence in the creative industry.” (Radiowala, 2024) In Tianzhu County and the Hexi Corridor, millions of people, including TNU students and teachers, and Sangji Renqian, worked hard chronically, doing everything possible to enhance computing power and fully apply AI to increase production. Everyone’s effort has yielded obvious results. For example, they strove and persevered in different positions, innovating ideas, offering feasible suggestions, scientifically operating the China-Europe Railway Express, and continuously unblocking the cross-border logistics trunk line between Asia and Europe. From January to June 2026, 11,100 China-Europe freight trains were operated, representing a year-on-year increase of 20%(Lu, 2026).

A complex world makes greater tribulations occur continuously. Recently, scorching heat has enveloped many European parts. For instance, in late June 2026, the temperature in many French parts exceeded 40℃ and approached 40℃ in hospital wards. A serious consequence was that there were approximately 1,000 excessive deaths in France within three days from June 24th to 26th (Luo, 2026). So, “hundreds of people besieged supermarkets in and around Paris, residents scrambled to get their hands on bargain air-cooling units before the next heatwave.” Associated Press reporter Mark Schifflebein published a report accompanied by pictures: “Europe falls for Chinese AC as new heatwave looms.” (Lee, 2026) On June 28th, “French Health Minister Stéphanie Rist announced an emergency order of 30,000 air conditioners for hospitals nationwide,” ensuring the life safety of the most vulnerable groups in hospitals and nursing homes across the country. (Wedoany, 2026)

Only China’s complete industrial chain can shoulder this heavy responsibility of supplying 30,000 air conditioners in an extremely short period of days. The air conditioners are mainly the products of well-known Chinese brands such as Midea, Hisense, Haier, and Gree, etc. In the first half of 2026, Midea air conditioner shipments to France increased by 108% year-on-year, with the market share of approximately 12%. During a period of the same period, Hisense air conditioner shipments to France grew by more than 100% year-on-year and rose by over 20% same year in the Western European markets (Refrigeration Express, 2026).

After receiving the order from France, a chain enterprise in Wuhu City, Anhui Province, located in the Yangtze River estuary area of the Chinese eastern coastal region on the west coast of the Pacific Ocean, completed the first batch of 8,000 air conditioners in just 3.5 days and then loaded onto the China-Europe Railway Express and dispatched on July 9. Two days later, the remaining 12,000 scheduled products were also made up and shipped (Tantian Daodi, 2026). The eventual 10,000 units also perfectly rolled off the production line in other factories within a few days, being delivered.

The railway distance between Wuhu City in eastern China and Horgos City, a border port in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in western China, is 4,196.7 kilometers, running through the Hexi Corridor. Countless workers along Chinese railway lines, including those in the Yangtze River Basin’s urban agglomeration and the Hexi Corridor, precisely scheduled train times and promptly repaired broken railway tracks and roadbeds after overcoming the summery flood invasion, keeping traveling no risk at all. The China-Europe special train, running through the Hexi Corridor and other sections, arrived at the western border port of Horgos safely, taking only five transport days (Lu, 2026). Chinese goods rushed to Europe with extreme speed to relieve the sweltering heat.

Leaving China, the goods train passed through Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, Poland, and Germany to France, taking 10 days. Ocean freight from China to France usually takes about 40 days. Many Chinese companies and employees formed an entire industrial chain, manufacturing and transporting French imperative high-quality air conditioners, etc., in a very short time. French social media were abuzz with discussions about them as “life-saving devices that the French are snapping up.” (Watching Focus, 2026) During a period of the same period, Chinese consumers, using the China-Europe Railway Express, “have directly purchased high-quality European goods such as French wine, Dutch cheese, etc.”The China-Europe freight trains maintained by all of China have become the unceasing ‘steel camel caravan’or‘shopping cart’on the Silk Road Economic Belt.”(PRC National Development and Reform Commission, 2026)

Sangji Renqian once said that in fact, all ethnic groups respected that “scientific wisdom is the mainstream culture,” and by keeping creating and make progress, “the future living quality and comfort will be much higher than present.” (Renqian, 2021) The Chinese nation continuously works in friendly cooperation with other countries and ethnic groups to jointly build a community with a shared future for mankind, making the future world brilliant.
