As reported earlier, the government has reduced customs duties on imported vehicles under the proposed Finance Bill 2026.
After covering the overall duty changes earlier, we are now looking at the 660cc segment, which remains one of the most popular categories of imported cars in Pakistan.
660cc Cars See 20% Customs Duty Drop

Imported 660cc cars fall under the “up to 800cc” customs duty slab.
Under the proposed Finance Bill 2026, customs duty on this slab has been reduced from 50% to 30%.
| Category | Previous Customs Duty | Revised Customs Duty | Reduction |
|---|---|---|---|
| Imported cars up to 800cc | 50% | 30% | 20% |
Estimated Drop in Customs Duty on 660cc Cars

This reduction means the customs duties on 660cc imported cars will be lower than before.
PakWheels has conducted calculations based on the current understanding to assess the potential impact on popular 660cc models. The detailed estimate is given below.
| Car Model | Estimated Drop in Customs Duty |

1,000cc Imported Cars Also Get Relief

This category includes popular imported models such as the Toyota Raize/Daihatsu Rocky, Toyota Vitz, and Toyota Passo. We will cover the estimated impact on this category in the next update.
