Humanoid robots are becoming more affordable. Chinese robotics company Unitree has cut the starting price of its Unitree R1 from 39,900 yuan ($5,800) to 29,900 yuan and begun offering the model for immediate delivery. Equipped with multimodal AI that processes both voice and visual inputs, the robot also supports development and customization.
