All preparations for building the first seven-star hotel in the capital city, Islamabad, have been completed for hosting the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
In this regard, Capital Development (CDA) has invited international firms to build a seven-star hotel.
International firms will complete the project with CDA as a public-private partnership or joint venture.
The seven-star hotel will be built in the red zone.
The hotel will have world-class conference halls, seminar halls, banquet halls, and rooms.
Multi-story parking and a modern security system will also be installed for the hotel.
CDA plans to complete the seven-star hotel soon and accommodate guests of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization
CDA also issued a global tender to hire the services of an international organization.
