UN Security Council to hold session on occupied West Bank

RAMALLAH, August 11, 2026 (WAFA) — The UN Security Council is set to convene on Tuesday for a session on Palestine, at the request of several members, focusing on the current situation in the occupied West Bank.
The Council is expected to hear a briefing from the Deputy Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process, Ramiz Alakbarov, via video conference.
