泽米尔·艾哈迈德·阿万教授
全球丝绸之路研究联盟创始人兼主席
泽米尔·艾哈迈德·阿万教授创办了总部位于伊斯兰堡的智库——全球丝绸之路研究联盟。他于20世纪80年代在上海大学学习工程学，后于2010年至2016年重返中国，出任巴基斯坦驻北京科技参赞。回国后，他在巴基斯坦国立科技大学（NUST）创办了中国研究中心，此后已从该校退休。他撰写关于中巴经济走廊、一带一路，以及中国崛起对巴基斯坦意义的文章。
