Global AI device ecosystem company HONOR has announced the establishment of its local smartphone manufacturing facility in Pakistan, in partnership with Golden Connect, marking a significant milestone in the brand’s long-term commitment to the Pakistani market.
The state-of-the-art manufacturing unit, located at Sunder Industrial Estate, Lahore, is scheduled to commence production in April 2026. The facility will focus on modern, technology-driven manufacturing processes, adhering to HONOR’s global quality, compliance, and sustainability standards.
This strategic move reinforces HONOR’s ambition to aggressively expand its footprint in Pakistan by enabling faster go-to-market execution, improved supply-chain efficiency, competitive pricing, and enhanced localization for consumers. The Sunder Industrial Estate facility has been designed as a modern manufacturing hub, equipped with advanced assembly lines, stringent quality-control systems, and scalable capacity to support HONOR’s expanding product portfolio. The unit will initially focus on high-demand smartphone models, with plans to broaden production in subsequent phases.
