8月24日,金砖国家领导人第十五次会晤特别记者会宣布,邀请沙特、埃及、阿联酋、阿根廷、伊朗、埃塞俄比亚正式成为金砖大家庭成员,其成员资格将从2024年1月1日起生效。近日,巴基斯坦智库“全球丝绸之路研究联盟”创始主席泽米尔·阿万发表署名文章,称6个国家的加入无论是对金砖国家还是对世界格局而言都是非凡的发展,开创了一个放大全球南方声音和愿望、以不同视角和创新能量丰富世界的新时代。 文章指出,6个新成员的加入不仅扩大了金砖合作机制的地理和文化范围,而且加强了其在全球舞台上的经济和政治实力。人们注意到这可能仅仅是个开始,已经有更多国家表达了对加入金砖大家庭有浓厚兴趣。上述6国加入后,金砖国家人口将占世界人口的46%;按购买力平价计算,金砖国家GDP占全球GDP的37%,是全球经济发展中的重要力量。 文章强调,此次峰会是金砖国家领导人新冠疫情后的首次面对面聚会,具有特别重要的意义。中国国家主席习近平在会上的发言引起了深刻共鸣,凸显其超越国界的远见卓识,不仅传递了中国的观点,更包含了对全球社会更广泛、更具包容性的愿景;不仅表达了发展中国家和全人类对进步的集体追求,而且主张发展中国家在全球治理中享有更公平的代表性。 文章说,中国通过此前提出的全球发展倡议表达了对发展中国家坚定不移的支持。该倡议旨在通过实质性措施和切实合作为联合国2030年可持续发展议程的实施注入活力。中国为此设立了全球发展和南南合作基金。所有这些表明中国致力于培育超越国界的合作伙伴关系,利用合作的力量推动各大洲的发展。跨越亚洲和非洲的200多个合作项目业已取得丰硕成果,体现了中国对包容性高质量发展的承诺。此次峰会上,习近平主席还表示中国致力于促进全球粮食安全和分享农业技术。“积力之所举,则无不胜也;众智之所为,则无不成也。”概括了峰会的精髓,即携手构建发展共同体,不让任何一个国家在世界现代化进程中掉队。 文章最后指出,金砖国家领导人第十五次会晤标志着一个历史性的转折,6个新国家的加入将为金砖国家共同走向团结、繁荣和集体增长的光明未来注入新鲜血液和新的发展动力。中国对世界发展的积极贡献不容置疑,并指明了前进的道路——一条协作与共同发展的道路。中国的崛起推动了全球和平、安全、繁荣与发展,点燃了所有国家特别是发展中国家的希望灯塔。 (本报伊斯兰堡8月31日电 本报驻伊斯兰堡记者 戴军) Reference Link:- https://app.gmdaily.cn/as/opened/n/261f886d5d4846b4b748e97a0ed47665Continue Reading
