This initiative, discussed in a meeting on Monday attended by officials from the CDA and the Public-Private Partnership Authority, seeks to provide lucrative investment opportunities while contributing to the development of Islamabad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CDA Chairman Mohammad Ali Randhawa emphasized the importance of these projects, stating that they are designed to meet international standards and cater to the expectations of overseas Pakistanis. \u201cOverseas Pakistanis are given excellent opportunities to invest in various projects of Islamabad related to the real estate sector,\u201d Randhawa said in a press release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The projects aim to offer encumbrance-free land and developments, ensuring that investments are secure and beneficial for both the investors and Pakistan. This approach is expected to boost foreign remittances and support the overall development of the capital city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Public-Private Partnership Authority will provide technical support for these projects, with the process of hiring advisers and consultants set to begin soon.
