The Board of Directors of Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (PSX: FFC) has approved the acquisition of shares and control in Agritech Limited (AGL), the company’s filing on PSX revealed today.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This acquisition is through\u00a0the company along with any associated company(ies), any other shareholder(s) of the target, or any other person\/entity,\u00a0 led by the company.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Subject to the completion of necessary corporate and regulatory formalities, the board has authorized the issuance of a Notice of Intention to AGL, PSX, and SECP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They have also appointed Integrated Equities Limited as the Manager of the Offer (MTO) and approved the commencement of due diligence and the negotiation of acquisition terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
