{"id":35426,"date":"2026-07-31T05:43:37","date_gmt":"2026-07-31T05:43:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gsrra.com\/?p=35426"},"modified":"2026-07-31T05:43:37","modified_gmt":"2026-07-31T05:43:37","slug":"clover-pakistan-enters-ev-charging-business","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gsrra.com\/?p=35426","title":{"rendered":"Clover Pakistan enters EV charging business"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/preferences\/source?q=brecorder.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a><strong>Clover Pakistan Limited (CPL), a subsidiary of Fossil Energy (Private) Limited, has entered Pakistan\u2019s growing electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure market through a partnership with UK-based CITA-UK.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The listed company disclosed the development in a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Wednesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe are pleased to inform you that Clover Pakistan Limited has successfully negotiated and signed an agreement with CITA-UK,\u201d read the notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the terms of the agreement, CPL has been appointed as the exclusive distributor and stockist for Pakistan for CITA-UK\u2019s range of EV chargers, accessories, and related equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CPL informed that CITA-UK is a globally recognised supplier specialising in smart EV charging solutions and infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThis strategic partnership aligns with the company\u2019s commitment to expanding its business footprint and entering high-growth green energy and sustainable technology sectors in Pakistan,\u201d it added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clover Pakistan Limited was incorporated in Pakistan as a publicly listed company in 1986.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2025, the company transitioned its core line of business from food products to petroleum products.
