It was 0.37% lower at $0.69475.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.brecorder.com\/news\/amp\/40432320\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The euro was nursing<\/a>&nbsp;losses after falling to a one-month low in the previous session, inching up 0.03% to $1.1389.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sterling eased 0.03% to $1.3287, languishing near its weakest level since July 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The New Zealand dollar declined 0.08% \u200bto $0.5783.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oil prices jumped nearly 7% on Wednesday as major airstrikes resumed in the Middle East and dashed hopes \u200cfor an imminent end to the U.S.-Israeli war with Iran, while industry data showed U.S. crude inventories fell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brent futures were up $5.70, or 6.8%, at $89.79 a barrel by 1335 GMT.
