We are not implementing them and are focused on defending the country,\u201d Gharibabadi said, according to Iranian media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He also declared that Iran would \u201cnever start negotiations with the US under any circumstances\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Islamabad MoU, brokered by Pakistan in June, was intended to halt the war between Iran and the United States and pave the way for a lasting peace agreement.
