As reported earlier<\/a>, the government has reduced customs duties on imported vehicles under the proposed Finance Bill 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Imported 660cc cars fall under the \u201cup to 800cc\u201d<\/em> customs duty slab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the proposed Finance Bill 2026, customs duty on this slab has been reduced from 50% to 30%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The duty reduction also applies to the 1,000 cc imported car category, another of the most popular imported car categories in Pakistan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This category includes popular imported models such as the Toyota Raize<\/a>\/Daihatsu Rocky, Toyota Vitz<\/a>, and Toyota Passo<\/a>. We will cover the estimated impact on this category in the next update.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
