It is aimed at providing training in cross-border e-commerce, digital skills and vocational education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The academy is being developed under a five-party agreement involving China\u2019s Shandong College of Electronic Technology, Lancmall (SMC-Private) Ltd, Punjab TEVTA, Government College of Technology for Women, Lahore, and ITMC Technology Co Ltd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A meeting on the project was chaired by TEVTA Chairman Brig. (retd) Muhammad Sajid Khokhar, who said the initiative could open the way for broader cooperation in skills training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Chinese delegation included representatives from academic and technical institutions, including officials associated with business management, digital media, network engineering, and computer and software engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speaking to Gwadar Pro, UNI International Director Yasser Shakoor said the academy would offer short courses in digital and e-commerce skills linked to the needs of Chinese e-commerce companies operating in Pakistan.
