Project Director Sayyed Ahmad Masud introduced \u201cNIC 3.0,\u201d describing a more performance-focused phase prioritising discipline, customer focus, and real-world traction over theory. \u201cThis is not a classroom \u2014 you are here to build,\u201d he told participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nation.com.pk\/30-Apr-2026\/us-aircraft-carrier-uss-gerald-r-ford-leave-mideast-coming-days-report\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">US aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford to leave Mideast in &#8216;coming days&#8217;: Report<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Program Manager Kamran Taufiq Khan said the cohort is designed for founders aiming beyond borders, while Telenor\u2019s Cynia Ejaz highlighted ecosystem support, including pilots, funding, and access to a large customer base. The new cohort includes founders working in AI, fintech, healthtech, climate, and deep tech, many already operating at scale.
