The fifth plenary session of the 20th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI), held in Beijing from January 12 to 14, sent a clear and powerful message: anti-corruption is not a temporary campaign but a permanent feature of China\u2019s political system. President Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, emphasized advancing Party self-governance with higher standards and more concrete measures, describing clean governance as a \u201cstrong guarantee\u201d for achieving the ambitious goals of the 15th Five-Year Plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
