It is imperative that we harness these strengths by upgrading facilities and improving accessibility to ensure Pakistan emerges as a top travel destination,\u201d Sharif noted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He directed authorities to prioritise actionable projects that can be implemented quickly, especially in key regions such as Islamabad, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Kashmir. He also stressed that all developments must be climate-resilient, ensuring sustainable growth that preserves Pakistan\u2019s natural environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exclusive plan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>During the meeting, Tourism Coordinator Sardar Yasir Ilyas presented an extensive plan focused on expanding the sector\u2019s contribution to Pakistan\u2019s GDP by welcoming more foreign tourists and promoting 20 new emerging destinations nationwide.
