Pakistani citizens abroad can also use the authority\u2019s \u201cPak Identity\u201d mobile application to process various identification services remotely, including online appointments and document renewal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, NADRA has recently introduced a series of reforms aimed at improving citizen services and data accuracy. On the directives of the interior ministry, the authority has made&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/tribune.com.pk\/story\/2570743\/why-is-cancelling-id-card-after-death-important-for-families\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CNIC&nbsp;<\/a>cancellation after death free of charge, helping families avoid complications in inheritance and pension claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The authority has also expanded its digital ecosystem through the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/tribune.com.pk\/story\/2568978\/nadra-launches-digital-services-for-pensioners\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pak Identity<\/a>\u201d mobile application, which allows citizens to renew identity cards, verify biometrics, and access key services remotely.
