(Xinhua\/Jiang Hongjing)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The second Golden Panda Awards were presented on Saturday in Chengdu, southwest China&#8217;s Sichuan province, which is the home of the giant panda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The international cultural event honors achievements in the fields of film, TV, documentary and animation under 27 categories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Italian film &#8220;There&#8217;s Still Tomorrow&#8221; won Best Picture. The award for Best TV Drama went to &#8220;She and Her Girls,&#8221; based on the true story of Zhang Guimei, a school principal from a Chinese mountainous area who dedicated herself to empowering rural girls through education.
