The meeting approved seven major development projects across tourism, IT, roads, and minority affairs with a combined value of Rs 5.118 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/propakistani.pk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/water-theme-park-islamabad-1024x572-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the tourism-focused projects, the PDWP also cleared feasibility studies for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sky Walk Glass Bridge in Murree (Rs 72.152 million)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chairlift &amp; Cable Car from Lakot to Pindi Point, Murree (Rs 90 million)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cable Car at River Indus, Kala Bagh, Mianwali (Rs 81.571 million)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Other initiatives include the construction of a road from Danda Shah Bilawal to Ghool via Lawa, Chakwal (Rs 1.374 billion), the Chief Minister\u2019s Minority Development Programme (Rs 1 billion), and the Accelerate Punjab Startups Tech Programme (Rs 2.3 billion).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting was attended by senior officials, including Secretary P&amp;D Board Rafaqat Ali, Secretary Tourism Raja Jahangir, Secretary Minorities Affairs Farid Ahmad, Chief Economist Masood Anwar, and members of the P&amp;D Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reference Link:- <a href=\"https:\/\/propakistani.pk\/2025\/08\/23\/lahore-is-getting-a-theme-park\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/propakistani.pk\/2025\/08\/23\/lahore-is-getting-a-theme-park\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A feasibility study for a new theme park in Lahore worth Rs 200 million has been approved by the Punjab government.
