The UAE is one of Pakistan\u2019s largest&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dawn.com\/news\/1884644\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">trading partners<\/a>&nbsp;in the Middle East and a major source of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dawn.com\/news\/1884404#:~:text=while%20the%20UAE%20recorded%20the%20highest%20growth%20at%2054pc%2C%20with%20inflows%20totalling%20%243.58bn.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">remittances<\/a>, with a large Pakistani expatriate population living and working there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking to the media about the project, Commerce Minister Jam Kamal Khan called it a \u201cgame changer for Pakistani trade boost\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He was quoted as saying, \u201cThe Pakistan Mart will facilitate Pakistani traders, enabling them to export their products to regions across the world.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe initiative is spearheaded by the National Logistics Corporation of Pakistan and the DP World company of UAE,\u201d the report added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last month, trade with the UAE showed an&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dawn.com\/news\/1925706\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">upward trend<\/a>. Pakistan\u2019s key export items to the UAE include rice, bovine meat, cotton garments, mangoes, and guavas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exports increased 1.87 per cent to $2.121 billion in FY25 from $2.082bn last year. In FY24, exports to the UAE had surged 41.15pc, largely due to increased shipments to Dubai.
