Since the establishment of the BRI Initiative and the Confucius institutes that are promoting the Chinese language, culture and different educational based collaborations, the Macedonian education market welcomed the first ever Confucius institute back in 2013 under a  decision that was adopted by the University Senate in accordance with the signed Agreement between Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje and the Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban), in cooperation with the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics from Chengdu, People\u2019s Republic of China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently the Institute is located on the first floor at the National and University Library \u201cSs. Clement of Ohrid\u201d in the capital city of the country, Skopje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Institute during its 12 years of existence has accomplished some significant results. The institute has been a core of promoting the cultures of the two friendly countries. The offers that are included into that promotion are: Free courses on learning the Chinese language, calligraphy, traditional dances, martial arts, Chinese opera, Chinese painting, HSK exams (language proficiency exams).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the beginning the Institute was present only around the capital city, today; it has his own presence in multiple municipalities around the country, such as Prilep, Bitola, Kicevo, Resen etc. The institute has actively been promoting the courses and furthering down the cooperation between the schools and the universities. These days, the Chinese painting classes and the courses of learning the language were presented not only to fans that have passion on learning the culture and the language by their own initiative but also to multiple schools, starting from kindergartens, primary schools even in high schools. The children have shown a tremendous interest into getting to know more about China. Also a lot of successful exhibitions were held around the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In October 2017, the 3rd China CEE Conference was held in Ohrid, on the theme “The role of human capital in the One Belt One Road initiative”. The conference was organized by University \u201cSs.Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje; Confucius Institute in Skopje; Faculty of Economics \u2013 Skopje; Institute of Economics \u2013 Skopje; University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics (Slovenia). The conference was supported by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Institute for European Studies in Beijing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In April 2018, the Institute of Economics \u2013 Skopje started cooperation with the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics at the School of Securities and Futures, Republic of China. Since June 2018, the Dean of the Faculty of the School of Securities and Futures, Republic of China, is a member of the editorial board of the International Journal of the Institute of Economics \u2013 Skopje (Economic Development). Under the friendly cooperation that the universities have on high levels, many scholarship options every year are been given to Macedonian students that want to continue their studies in China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a conclusion, the establishment of the Confucius institute in Macedonia was a move that made some progress in the relationship between the two countries. Until this day, it still fulfills its duty as an Institute that promotes a peaceful collaboration, learning options, and way how to strength and even deepen the cooperation. Although there was an initiative from the Chinese embassy and the Institute itself on doing a promotion of the country as potential new land of Chinese investments, still there is a space here that can allow a business and economic deals between the PR of China and Macedonia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u81ea\u201c\u4e00\u5e26\u4e00\u8def\u201d\u5021\u8bae\u6210\u7acb\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u9a6c\u5176\u987f\u6559\u80b2\u5e02\u573a\u6839\u636e\u897f\u91cc\u5c14\u5723\u897f\u91cc\u5c14\u5927\u5b66\u4e0e\u65af\u79d1\u666e\u91cc\u5b54\u5b50\u5b66\u9662\u603b\u90e8\uff08\u56fd\u5bb6\u6c49\u529e\uff09\u7b7e\u7f72\u7684\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u4e8e 2013 \u5e74\u8fce\u6765\u4e86\u6709\u53f2\u4ee5\u6765\u7b2c\u4e00\u6240\u5b54\u5b50\u5b66\u9662\uff0c \u4e0e\u4e2d\u534e\u4eba\u6c11\u5171\u548c\u56fd\u6210\u90fd\u7684\u897f\u5357\u8d22\u7ecf\u5927\u5b66\u5408\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u8be5\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u4f4d\u4e8e\u8be5\u56fd\u9996\u90fd\u65af\u79d1\u666e\u91cc\u7684\u56fd\u7acb\u548c\u5927\u5b66\u56fe\u4e66\u9986\u201cSs. Clement of Ohrid\u201d\u7684\u4e00\u697c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u8be5\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u5728\u5176\u6210\u7acb\u7684 12 \u5e74\u4e2d\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u91cd\u5927\u6210\u679c\u3002\u8be5\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u4e00\u76f4\u662f\u4fc3\u8fdb\u4e24\u4e2a\u53cb\u597d\u56fd\u5bb6\u6587\u5316\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u3002\u8be5\u4fc3\u9500\u6d3b\u52a8\u4e2d\u5305\u542b\u7684\u4f18\u60e0\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u514d\u8d39\u6c49\u8bed\u5b66\u4e60\u8bfe\u7a0b\u3001\u4e66\u6cd5\u3001\u4f20\u7edf\u821e\u8e48\u3001\u6b66\u672f\u3001\u4e2d\u56fd\u620f\u66f2\u3001\u4e2d\u56fd\u753b\u3001HSK\u8003\u8bd5\uff08\u8bed\u8a00\u80fd\u529b\u8003\u8bd5\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u8d77\u521d\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u53ea\u5728\u9996\u90fd\u9644\u8fd1\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u4eca\u5929;\u5b83\u5728\u5168\u56fd\u591a\u4e2a\u57ce\u5e02\u90fd\u6709\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u4e1a\u52a1\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982 Prilep\u3001Bitola\u3001Kicevo\u3001Resen \u7b49\u3002\u8be5\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u4e00\u76f4\u5728\u79ef\u6781\u63a8\u5e7f\u8bfe\u7a0b\uff0c\u5e76\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u52a0\u5f3a\u5b66\u6821\u548c\u5927\u5b66\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u3002\u5982\u4eca\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u753b\u8bfe\u548c\u5b66\u4e60\u8bed\u8a00\u7684\u8bfe\u7a0b\u4e0d\u4ec5\u9762\u5411\u70ed\u8877\u4e8e\u4e3b\u52a8\u5b66\u4e60\u6587\u5316\u548c\u8bed\u8a00\u7684\u7231\u597d\u8005\uff0c\u8fd8\u9762\u5411\u591a\u6240\u5b66\u6821\uff0c\u4ece\u5e7c\u513f\u56ed\u3001\u5c0f\u5b66\u751a\u81f3\u9ad8\u4e2d\u5f00\u59cb\u3002\u5b69\u5b50\u4eec\u5bf9\u66f4\u591a\u5730\u4e86\u89e3\u4e2d\u56fd\u8868\u73b0\u51fa\u4e86\u6781\u5927\u7684\u5174\u8da3\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5168\u56fd\u5404\u5730\u8fd8\u4e3e\u529e\u4e86\u8bb8\u591a\u6210\u529f\u7684\u5c55\u89c8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2017 \u5e74 10 \u6708\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e09\u5c4a\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e2d\u4e1c\u6b27\u4f1a\u8bae\u5728\u5965\u8d6b\u91cc\u5fb7\u4e3e\u884c\uff0c\u4e3b\u9898\u4e3a\u201c\u4eba\u529b\u8d44\u672c\u5728’\u4e00\u5e26\u4e00\u8def’\u5021\u8bae\u4e2d\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u201d\u3002\u4f1a\u8bae\u7531\u65af\u79d1\u666e\u91cc\u7684 \u201cSs.Cyril and Methodius\u201d \u5927\u5b66\u7ec4\u7ec7;\u65af\u79d1\u666e\u91cc\u5b54\u5b50\u5b66\u9662;\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5b66\u9662 \u2013 \u65af\u79d1\u666e\u91cc;\u65af\u79d1\u666e\u91cc\u7ecf\u6d4e\u7814\u7a76\u6240;\u5362\u5e03\u5c14\u96c5\u90a3\u5927\u5b66\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5b66\u9662\uff08\u65af\u6d1b\u6587\u5c3c\u4e9a\uff09\u3002\u672c\u6b21\u4f1a\u8bae\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u4e2d\u56fd\u793e\u4f1a\u79d1\u5b66\u9662\u5317\u4eac\u6b27\u6d32\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u7684\u652f\u6301\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2018 \u5e74 4 \u6708\uff0c\u65af\u79d1\u666e\u91cc\u7ecf\u6d4e\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u4e0e\u4e2d\u534e\u6c11\u56fd\u897f\u5357\u8d22\u7ecf\u5927\u5b66\u8bc1\u5238\u4e0e\u671f\u8d27\u5b66\u9662\u5f00\u59cb\u5408\u4f5c\u3002\u81ea 2018 \u5e74 6 \u6708\u8d77\uff0c\u4e2d\u534e\u6c11\u56fd\u8bc1\u5238\u4e0e\u671f\u8d27\u5b66\u9662\u9662\u957f\u62c5\u4efb\u65af\u79d1\u666e\u91cc\u7ecf\u6d4e\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u56fd\u9645\u671f\u520a\uff08\u7ecf\u6d4e\u53d1\u5c55\uff09\u7684\u7f16\u59d4\u4f1a\u6210\u5458\u3002\u5728\u5927\u5b66\u9ad8\u6c34\u5e73\u7684\u53cb\u597d\u5408\u4f5c\u4e0b\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u90fd\u4f1a\u4e3a\u5e0c\u671b\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u7ee7\u7eed\u6df1\u9020\u7684\u9a6c\u5176\u987f\u5b66\u751f\u63d0\u4f9b\u8bb8\u591a\u5956\u5b66\u91d1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u603b\u4e4b\uff0c\u5728\u9a6c\u5176\u987f\u5efa\u7acb\u5b54\u5b50\u5b66\u9662\u662f\u4e24\u56fd\u5173\u7cfb\u53d6\u5f97\u4e00\u4e9b\u8fdb\u5c55\u7684\u4e3e\u63aa\u3002\u76f4\u5230\u4eca\u5929\uff0c\u5b83\u4ecd\u7136\u5c65\u884c\u7740\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4fc3\u8fdb\u548c\u5e73\u5408\u4f5c\u3001\u5b66\u4e60\u9009\u62e9\u4ee5\u53ca\u5982\u4f55\u52a0\u5f3a\u751a\u81f3\u6df1\u5316\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u7684\u804c\u8d23\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u4e2d\u56fd\u5927\u4f7f\u9986\u548c\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u672c\u8eab\u53d1\u8d77\u4e86\u4e00\u9879\u5021\u8bae\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u5c06\u8be5\u56fd\u63a8\u5e7f\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u7684\u6f5c\u5728\u65b0\u571f\u5730\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd9\u91cc\u4ecd\u7136\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u7a7a\u95f4\u53ef\u4ee5\u5141\u8bb8\u4e2d\u56fd\u548c\u9a6c\u5176\u987f\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u548c\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4ea4\u6613\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
