The company\u2019s subsidiary,&nbsp;<strong>BT Properties<\/strong>, has partnered with&nbsp;<strong>Dubai South<\/strong>, the emirate\u2019s largest urban development project, to create a gated master-planned community within the&nbsp;<strong>Golf District<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The proposed community will offer a mix of residential and commercial facilities, including villas, townhouses, apartments, schools, hospitals, mosques, retail outlets, and entertainment hubs. Green spaces, water features, a central park, iconic monuments, and dancing fountains will add to the project\u2019s appeal, creating a harmonious blend of luxury and serenity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Strategically located near Al Maktoum International Airport, which is poised to become the world\u2019s largest airport, Dubai South has attracted global investors as a prime residential and commercial destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The agreement was signed by Khalifa Al Zaffin, Executive Chairman of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South, and Ahmed Ali Riaz Malik, CEO of BT Properties Dubai.
